DAYTON, Ohio - Oakland will open their Horizon League season with a three-game series at Wright State from March 18-20.

The pitching rotation for Oakland is the same as in two previous series this season, with Bryce Konitzer starting on the mound for game one, followed by Chas Sagedahl for game two, and Jacob Wosinski for game three. 

The Golden Grizzlies are coming off a home opener victory led by freshman Brandon Nigh who tallied five RBI, a double, and a home run against the Rochester Warriors. Cam Post earned two doubles off three hits, while Seth Tucker and Brandon Heidal had two runs each. 

Oakland is 4-10 on the season and is second in the Horizon League in home runs (11) and walks (65) while also ranking third in stolen bases (21) and on-base percentage (.349).
