Where is the Athletic Ticket Office located?
The Oakland University Athletic Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the OU Credit Union O’rena, near the P-16 parking lot along Pioneer Drive, across from the Rec Center. For GPS, use:

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Student Admission
Do Oakland University students get free admission?
Yes! Oakland University students receive free admission to all regular season home events with a valid student ID.

Group Tickets
Are group tickets available?
Yes! Group tickets are available for most sports.
What are the benefits of group tickets?
Groups of 20 or more enjoy discounted tickets and special in-game experiences, such as:

Parking Information
Where can I park for games?

O’rena Events (Basketball, Volleyball, Swim/Dive): Parking is available in structure P-29 on Pioneer Drive and is free of charge.

Soccer Games: Free parking is available in P-29 near the Oakland Soccer Field.

General Campus Parking: Unless otherwise posted, all campus parking is free and open during events.

Ticket Policies
What is the Children/Lap Seat Policy?
Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons aged 3 and older must have a ticket.
What if I lose my ticket?
Replacement tickets will be issued at full price. Washed tickets can be replaced without charge if enough of the original ticket is recognizable.
Are refunds or exchanges available?
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed unless the Athletics Ticket Office is unable to fill your order. If a game is canceled and not rescheduled, tickets may be used for a future game during the same season.
Player/Coach Pass List & Will Call
How do I pick up Player/Coach Pass List tickets?
Pass list tickets are available for pick-up at the will call table or ticket office on game day. Photo ID is required, and patrons must sign for admission.
Where is Will Call located?

For basketball and volleyball, will call is located directly next to the turnstiles inside the OU Credit Union O’rena on game day.

For soccer, will call is at the main gate of the Oakland Soccer Field.

Will call tickets can also be picked up during business hours at the Athletics Ticket Office prior to game day.
