Gameday Information
Children/Lap Seat Policy
Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 3 years and older require a ticket to enter the facility.
Player/Coach Pass List
Tickets will be sent digitally via text message or email. The text message or email will come from Ticketmaster.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up:

On game day at the Will Call table inside the O'rena hallway

During regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM) at the Athletics Ticket Office
A photo ID is required for all ticket pickups.
Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges, replacements, or cancellations on tickets ordered through the Oakland University Athletics Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Tickets may be used for a future game during the same season if a game is canceled and not rescheduled.
