MEDIA INFORMATION
INTERVIEWS: Interviews with coaches and student-athletes are not only welcome, but are also encouraged. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. However, course schedules, practice, travel, and games may impact the availability of both coaches and student-athletes.

As a general rule, student-athlete interviews will not be accommodated on gameday prior to the game. Student-athletes and coaches will be available for postgame comments and questions.

MBB ONLY: After every game, select Oakland student-athletes and head coach Greg Kampe will conduct their press conference in "The Grizz" off of the main concourse. Depending on media demand, the visiting coach may be brought into The Grizz after the NCAA-mandated 10-minute "cooling off" period. Please direct all Oakland procedural questions to Cassie Buchholz. Visiting team interview requests should be made through the visiting team's media contact.

If interested in attending practice, please contact the athletic communications office ahead of time to ensure that practice is open to the media. Zoom and phone interviews are also available, as needed.

Under NO circumstances will contact information of student-athletes be provided. DO NOT contact a player or coach without scheduling the interview through the communications office. Failure to coordinate interviews through the communications office may result in the loss of interview privileges or future credential consideration.

CREDENTIALS: The 2026-27 Basketball Media Credentials Application is live HERE. For all other sports, requests for press/photo/scout passes must be made through the athletic communications staff.

MEDIA SERVICES: Game notes, flip cards, and pre-game reports will be available on gameday. In-game statistics are available live via GoldenGrizzlies.com. Printed stats will be provided at halftime/intermission and post-game for basketball.
