Oakland saw its four-game #HLWBB win streak snapped at Cleveland as the Golden Grizzlies dropped a pair of games
 
GAME 16 AT CLEVELAND STATE (1/29/21): Alona Blackwell poured in a career-high 24 points while matching a career-mark with five assists along with five rebounds as Oakland saw its four-game win streak come to an end at Cleveland State, 75-70. Breanna Perry also scored a career-best 12 points off the bench on 6-for-7 shooting from the field with Kahlaijah Dean added 13 points with seven rebounds, four assists and three steals to round out the three Golden Grizzlies in double figures.
 
Breanne Beatty tied a career-high with five dimes while Autumn Kissman chipped in with nine pts and seven rebounds. Led by Chloe Guingrich's three offensive rebounds, Oakland (8-8, 8-5 HL) did a great job crashing the offensive glass, pulling down 11 boards that resulted in eight second-chance points.

 
GAME 17 AT CLEVELAND STATE (1/30/21): Alona Blackwell scored a team-high 13 points going 3-for-6 from 3-point range followed by Kahlaijah Dean with 12 points. Lamariyee Williams posted a new career-high nine points on 4-for-9 from the field as Oakland dropped its second straight league game at Cleveland State, 68-53, at the Wolstein Center.
 
Breanna Perry added four points, eight rebounds with a career-high four blocks. Chloe Guingrich and Autumn Kissman each scored five points while grabbing seven and six rebounds respectively.

 
UP NEXT: HOME SERIES AGAINST ROBERT MORRIS
Friday's game will be the first ever meeting between Oakland and Robert Morris. The Colonials are 3-9 on the season and in conference play currently riding a three-game win streak after beating Wright State and sweeping YSU. Freshman forward Sol Castro leads the team in scoring (9.5) and rebounds (5.8) while junior guard Esther Castedo leads the team in assists (1.7).
