ROCHESTER, Mich. -
The Oakland women's basketball team concludes its four-game road swing beginning at Cleveland State on Friday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. followed by Youngstown State on Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live from the Wolstein Center and Beeghly Center respectively on ESPN+.

Alona Blackwell scored in double figures for the fifth consecutive game with a team-high 11 points while Kayla Luchenbach and Jalisha Terry each added nine points as Oakland fell 76-51 at Green Bay on Sunday at the Kress Events Center. Luchenbach also grabbed a team-high seven rounds followed by six from Chloe Guingrich. Autumn Kissman had seven points with five rebounds while Kahlaijah Dean chipped in with six points.
 
Series Breakdown: CSU leads the overall series 9-5 and have won the last five games over the Golden Grizzlies. YSU also leads the overall series 14-9 winning the last four consecutive games between the two schools.
 
A look at the Vikings: Cleveland State sits in sixth place in the league standings at 7-7 and 17-8 overall. Senior Marah Miller leads CSU and the Horizon League in scoring (17.9) while sophomore Savanna Crockett is tops on the team in rebounds (8.5) which also ranks second in the league. Junior Maria White leads the Vikings in assists (3.6) which is second in the league.
 
CSU Rewind: Autumn Kissman scored in double figures for the fourth consecutive game posting a team-high 16 points on 7-for-14 shooting while Kahlaijah Dean added 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting and 2-for-2 from the 3-point line as Oakland battled through three quarters before Cleveland State pulled away in the fourth quarter leading to a 79-58 setback at the O'rena.

Scouting the Penguins: YSU is also 5-9 in league play with a 12-13 overall mark. Junior Chelsea Olson leads the Penguins in scoring (11.8 ppg), rebounds (7.5) and assists (3.0).
 
YSU Rewind: Jalisha Terry scored a team-high 18 points on 5-of-12 shooting and 6-for-6 from the free throw line followed by 15 points from Kahlaijah Dean as Oakland's fourth quarter rally fell short as the Golden Grizzlies dropped a 79-74 decision to Youngstown State on Faculty Appreciation Night. Brianna Breedy and Autumn Kissman each added 10 points to round out the four players in double figures while Breanne Beatty grabbed a team-high eight rebounds.
 
Blackwell Making Impact in Starting Line-Up: Since being inserted into the starting lineup against Detroit Mercy (2/1), Alona Blackwell has scored in double figures in all five games averaging 12.6 ppg while shooting 40.7 percent from the field and 40.6 percent from 3-point range and earned back-two-back Nike® Horizon League Freshman of the Week honors.
 
Dynamic Dean Strong Off the Bench: Dean leads the team in scoring (12.0 - 8th HL) and assists (3.2 – 6th HL) and scored in double figures in 11 consecutive games coming off the bench from UIC (1/4) through Milwaukee (2/14). She recorded her second career double-double scoring a game-high and season second-best 22 points with 10 rebounds just missing her career mark by one board at Wright State (1/25). She scored a season-high 27 points with six assists while matching a career-best going 9-for-11 from the free throw line against Green Bay (1/9). She also scored 19 points on 8-of-16 shooting and 3-of-6 from 3-point range at St. Bonaventure.
 
Double-Doubles: Oakland has eight players in Chloe Guingrich (2), Autumn Kissman (2), Kahlaijah Dean (1), Kayla
Luchenbach (1), Sydney Gouard (1), Breanne Beatty (1) and Alona Blackwell (1) who have produced nine total double-doubles so far this season.
 
Gettin' Buckets: The Golden Grizzlies have had four players score over 20 points this season with Terry (2), Dean (1) and Sydney Gouard (1). Dean has reached double figures in 14 games this season followed by Terry (12), Luchenbach (9), Kissman (8), Blackwell (8), Guingrich (7), Breanne Beatty (4), Sydney Gouard (2), Brianna Breedy (2) and Teneea Heston (1).
