ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland University baseball team will hold open walk-on tryouts on Friday, Sept. 7, at 3 p.m. on the Oakland Baseball Field. Participants must be enrolled as full-time students (12 credit hours or more) and have a completed physical form with copy of insurance card before trying out.

The medical forms can be found below. In addition, the participant's class schedule and 'G' number must be submitted to Jacke Healey at healey@oakland.edu by Thursday, Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. or participants will not be eligible to tryout. All medical forms and copy of insurance card can be submitted prior to the workout.
