ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland Women's Soccer has announced its 2026 home promotions schedule, featuring a full slate of themed game days and fan experiences throughout the season at Oakland Soccer Field.

The Golden Grizzlies will welcome fans with a variety of special events, including Youth Day, Club Day, Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day, World Cup Day and Halloween festivities, along with opportunities to recognize alumni, seniors and members of the Oakland University community.

Youth Team Experiences Available All Season

Youth soccer teams ages 12 and under are invited to be part of the game day experience throughout the 2026 season. Participating teams receive admission for players, coaches and families, along with opportunities to participate in pregame international walkouts and on-field halftime activities, weather permitting.

Thursday, Aug. 20 vs Bowling Green | 7 p.m.
Youth Day
The Golden Grizzlies celebrate Youth Day as they host Bowling Green. Youth teams and families are encouraged to attend, and children 12 and under receive free admission with a paying adult.

Tuesday, Aug. 27 vs Toledo | 2:30 p.m.
Alumni Day / Soccer Doubleheader
Former players and supporters are invited back for Alumni Day as Oakland celebrates its soccer tradition. The afternoon features a doubleheader with the men's and women's soccer programs, and alumni and their families receive free admission.

September

Wednesday, Sept. 6 vs Rochester Christian | 7 p.m.
Senior Night
Oakland honors its senior class for their dedication, leadership and contributions to the women's soccer program.

Saturday, Sept. 19 vs Cleveland State | 7 p.m.
Club Day
Local and regional soccer clubs are invited to Oakland Soccer Field for Club Day. Youth players 12 and under wearing their club jerseys receive free admission with a paying adult.

October

Thursday, Oct. 1 vs Youngstown State | 7 p.m.
Greek Night
Oakland's fraternities and sororities are encouraged to pack the stands as the Golden Grizzlies celebrate Greek Night.

Sunday, Oct. 4 vs Robert Morris | 1 p.m.
Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day
Oakland University faculty and staff are recognized for their support of the university and receive free admission.

Thursday, Oct. 22 vs Wright State | 7 p.m.
Disco After Dark
Fans can enjoy a retro-themed evening as Oakland Soccer Field transforms for Disco After Dark.

Sunday, Oct. 25 vs Northern Kentucky | 1 p.m.
World Cup Day
The Golden Grizzlies celebrate the global game by encouraging fans to represent countries from around the world with jerseys, flags and spirited support.

Saturday, Oct. 31 vs Detroit Mercy | 7 p.m.
Alumni Day / Happy Halloween
Oakland closes its regular-season home schedule with a rivalry matchup against Detroit Mercy. Alumni and their families receive free admission, while fans are encouraged to wear costumes as the Golden Grizzlies celebrate Halloween and the final home match of the regular season.
