Oakland starts the week against the Broncos, who enter with a 12-13 record. They secured two wins in their most recent series against Bowling Green, despite dropping the final game, 7-1.
With a .267 team batting average, the Broncos rank ninth in the MAC and sit second-to-last in hits (169). Despite the lower average, they have hit 21 home runs, which ranks third in the conference.
They are led by freshman Bella Duncan, who holds a team-best .325 batting average along with five home runs.
WMU has been a middle-of-the-pack pitching team, posting a 4.90 team ERA. Their ace is another freshman, Ava Geyer, who has three wins on the season, along with three shutouts and four complete games.

Oakland is 8-0 at home this season and will look to build on that strong mark.
The Colonials enter the matchup with a 15-6 record and are riding an eight-game winning streak. They opened conference play by sweeping Green Bay, scoring double digits in two of the three games.
RMU leads the conference in batting average (.390), runs (212), and RBIs (195), showcasing one of the most explosive offenses in the league. Four of the top five batting averages in the conference belong to Colonials players, led by Agalia Rudd, who is hitting .613 with nine home runs. Courtney Poulich leads the conference with 12 home runs, helping power the RMU lineup.
Oakland presents a strong counter to Robert Morris' offense, as the Golden Grizzlies lead the league in ERA (3.18), shutouts (4), hits allowed (142), earned runs allowed (65), strikeouts (121), and opponent batting average (.255).
