ROCHESTER, Mich. – On Wednesday, April 26th, Oakland University Men's Basketball Head Coach
Greg Kampe will moderate a once-in-a-lifetime town hall meeting dubbed, The State of College Athletics sponsored by Trion Solutions at the historic Detroit Athletic Club.
"Everywhere I go, people want to talk name, image, and likeness (NIL) plus the transfer portal," said Kampe, "Who better to answer questions than a Hall of Fame coach, a media member who was the heart of the change, and a Heisman Trophy candidate, who is maneuvering his career through the new rules."
Debaters include a multitude of recognizable names such as former Duke Blue Devil and ESPN Analyst, Jay Bilas, along with Michigan State University Head Men's Basketball Coach Tom Izzo and current University of Michigan Running Back Blake Corum.
Attendees will be able to interact through questions and answer sessions in each panel with various views of the topics. A dinner plus a cocktail hour will be provided.
