PIDEK MAKING ANOTHER START
Used as a reliever in 20 of his 22 appearances as a freshman in 2022, Friday will be Pidek's third game in 2023 and his second consecutive start.

In his first start of the campaign against the American Athletic Conference's (AAC) Wichita State Shockers on March 3, the right-hander allowed two runs over three innings with a trio of strikeouts in a game that Oakland would win 12-7.
