ROCHESTER, Mich - Oakland's own Noëmi Stadelmann was named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team announced for the conference and voted on by the Leagues faculty representatives on Tuesday. 

This is Stadelmann's second consecutive year as a recipient of this award since receiving this accolade in the 2021 season. She is an exercise science major with an exceptional 4.0 term GPA. 

"Noëmi has been outstanding in the classroom and on the field for her entire career as a Golden Grizzly. We are proud of her for this recognition and are grateful for her five years with us at Oakland, and know there are great things in store for her in her next chapter" says coach Juan Pablo Favero. 

To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale), have completed at least one year at the member institution (excluding summer school), have earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participate in 50 percent of the team's overall contests.
