ROCHESTER, Mich. - Addrian Knights-Browne, a transfer from the University of Hartford, will join the 2022 Oakland men's soccer roster announced by Head Coach Eric Pogue.
A central attacking midfielder originally from Ajax, Ontario, Canada, Knights-Browne spent three seasons at Hartford and started in 36 of 41 games played. Knights-Browne became an immediate impact for the Hawks during his first season, earning himself a spot on the America East All-Rookie Team and Academic Honor Roll (3.0+ GPA). He also made the Academic Honor Roll his sophomore year. This past season the Canadian native led the team in shots (25) and goals (4) and ranked second in points (9).
"Addrian is an extremely athletic, dynamic, attacking threat that will make an immediate impact from Day One in Black & Gold, both in the Horizon League and the non-conference schedule. With the versatility to play across all the attacking roles, Addrian will provide goals and assists, as well as leadership and high-level Division 1 experience coming from a top program like that at the University of Hartford," Pogue said. "He's a high character young man that will fit in perfectly with our team culture at Oakland on the field, off the field, in the classroom, and in the community."

My goal is to work hard on and off the field and excel with this program for as long as I'm here.
