ROCHESTER, Mich. -- The Oakland men's basketball team continuous its rigorous non-conference schedule en route to its fifth game in seven days as the Golden Grizzlies take on Purdue Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette on the Big Ten Network.
Oakland (0-4) is coming off an overtime heartbreaker to No. 25 Michigan, falling to the Wolverines 81-71 led by a 21-point performance from junior-transfer
Jalen Moore. Moore's 21 points was coupled with nine boards, six assists and two steals.
Purdue (1-1) enters Tuesday's game coming off a 1-1 split at the Space Coast Challenge last weekend.
