
ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Oakland baseball team resumes league play with a weekend series at Wright State beginning on Friday, Apr. 12 at 3 p.m. and concludes with a doubleheader on Saturday, Apr. 13 beginning at 1 p.m. at Nischwitz Stadium.

Andrew Hoffmann posted a career-high nine strikeouts in 5.0 innings of work to record his first collegiate win while
Blake Griffith blasted a three-run home run posting five total RBI to lead Oakland to a 12-5 win and doubleheader split in home opening action against Milwaukee (4/6).
Cameron Fuller notched his first career save going 4.0 innings with five strikeouts. Krsolovic also hit a three-run home run with DiLeo going 2-for-4 with an RBI double and two-run single. The third inning proved to be the difference as Oakland nearly batted through the lineup twice posting nine runs in an inning for the second time this season.
