ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Oakland baseball team continues Horizon League play with a series at Youngstown State beginning with a doubleheader on Saturday, Mar. 22 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The series finale is slated for Sunday, Mar. 23 at 1 p.m.

Notes:
- YSU is 1-18 on the season and 0-3 in league play after falling to Northern Kentucky last weekend. Last season, Oakland won the season series over YSU scoring a combined 43 runs in its three wins with a road season-high 17 runs (4/6) and home season-best 16 (5/5) followed by 10 (5/6). However, Oakland fell to YSU in the opening round of the 2018 Horizon League Tournament to end the season.
- Last weekend, Oakland dropped a Horizon League opening series at UIC (3-1, 7-2, 4-2).
Mario Camilletti led the Golden Grizzlies hitting .400 (4-for-10) with two RBI while

- Camilletti leads the team in hitting (.328 – 6th HL), hits (20 – 8th HL) and walks (14 – 3rd HL) and ranks second in RBI (10) while Zilinsky leads in RBI (11 – 10th HL) and is third in hits (15).

Mike McGee who also leads the team in doubles (4) and runs (9).
Blake Griffith also ranks third in RBI (8).
- DiLeo, Zilinsky and Griffith lead the team in home runs (2) which is tied for sixth in the league
- On the mound,
Beau Keathley leads the team and the league in strikeouts (33) and tallied a career-high a career-high 12 strikeouts earlier this season at Morehead State.
