ORLANDO - Dasha Artamonova won in a third set tie breaker at No. 1 singles 6-4, 2-6, 10-7 and won at the No. 1 doubles spot with Sofia Borcuti, 6-1, as the Oakland tennis team defeated Florida A&M 6-1 to pick up their second win of the season on Friday.

Darya Maltseva won at No. 2 doubles with Alexandra Whall, 7-6, to secure the doubles point and also won at No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-1.

Other singles winners for Oakland were Borcuti, Allison Motea and Amanda Nilsson. Oakland will return to action Saturday, Feb. 24 against the Tampa in Florida at 10 a.m.
