Greg Kampe enters his 35th season as head coach of the Golden Grizzlies coming off a 19-win season and making it to the Horizon League Tournament Semifinal. Kampe became the fourth active Division I men's basketball coach to reach 600 wins at a current school in 2017-18.

The men's team will host 17 home games during the 2018-19 campaign, which includes two exhibition games. Oakland opens the regular season Friday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. against Toledo.

Jeff Tungate returns for his sixth season at the helm of the women's program after leading the Golden Grizzlies to its first ever Horizon League Tournament win in the quarterfinal round a season ago.
 
The women's squad will host 15 home games beginning with Grace Christian University, Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 4 p.m. The Golden Grizzlies also welcome BIG10 foes Indiana, Michigan State and Michigan to the O'rena.

Men's tickets can be purchased for as low as $10, and women's tickets are available starting at $7.
