HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. -- Emerson Misch went 4-for-5 with three RBIs, two doubles, and scored a run and Zach Sterry went 2-for-4 with two RBIs in game one as the Oakland baseball team dropped a pair of games Friday afternoon at Northern Kentucky 12-7 and 10-5. Drew Demumbrum drew a pair of walks, going 2-for-2 with a RBI and scored two runs. The Golden Grizzlies and Norse went back-and-fourth scoring runs until NKU blew the game open with a six-run seventh inning.

In game two, Ben Hart went 3-for-4 with a RBI and Misch went 3-for-6 with a double and RBI. Matt DiLeo hit his fourth home run of the season with a solo shot in the sixth inning and finished 2-for-3.

Oakland will host Youngstown State for a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 12 p.m. with game one being streamed live on ESPN3.
