MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. -Mikayela Marciniak delivered a sacrifice fly to score Kelsie Swanson in the sixth inning propelling Oakland to a 2-1 win over Massachusetts on the final day of competition at the Madeira Beach Invitational on Sunday. Erin Kownacki picked up her second win going 7.0 innings with four strikeouts.

Swanson hit 2-for-3 with a RBI single in the third to score Devon Smith tying the game at 1-1. Marciniak and Smith each finished 1-for-2 while Brittney Miller went 1-for-3.

Oakland continues it Flordia road swing with a doubleheader at Stetson on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m.
