DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Tamara Blum extended her singles winning streak to three matches while Juliana Guevara added her second singles win in as many days in Oakland's 5-2 setback to Bethune-Cookman Tuesday afternoon.

Blum was solid in her straight-set victory, posting a 6-4, 6-1 win over Maria Sablina at No. 3 singles.

Guevara showed gritty play at No. 6 singles, battling back from a first-set deficit to win in three, 2-6, 6-2, 6-4.

Bethune-Cookman captured the first point of the match by sweeping doubles play and then added four victories in singles.

The Golden Grizzlies are back in action Thursday, Feb. 26 when Oakland faces Stetson at 2:30 p.m. in DeLand, Fla.
