ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland baseball team (2-8) is coming off their first series win of the season against Ohio and will travel to Dayton, Ohio to compete in the 2013 Flyer Classic, hosted by Dayton, at Time Warner Field this weekend. The Golden Grizzlies will play two games against the host Flyers and Buffalo over the weekend.

- Nolan Jacoby and Tim Koons swept The Summit League's weekly baseball awards last week for their performances at Ohio
- Jacoby finished the week hitting .385 including a 4-for-5 effort with three doubles
- Koons earned his first win throwing 8.0 innings, giving up two runs and striking out seven Bobcats
- Kyle Bobolts holds the team-lead in hits with 11 and RBIs with seven on the season
- Todd Dunham and Jared Theisen have combined for seven stolen bases over the first 10 games
