CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Junior Marisa Everitt struck out four batters in six innings as the Oakland University softball team (4-11) lost 7-0 to Tennessee-Martin (12-0), Saturday afternoon at the Frost Classic.

"We had one tough inning," said head coach Glenn MacDonald. "They got to us in the first inning and that was the difference. Marissa threw a good game in relief for us."

In the top of the first, Tennesse-Martin used four hits and an error to score five runs. The Skyhawks would score one run each in the third and fourth innings.

Sophomore Leah DiCristofaro, sophomore Kelsey Krych and freshman Alivia Nikolaus each had one hit. Everitt gave up three hits, two runs, none earned, walked two and struck out four batters in six innings of relief work.
