ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland University men's basketball team (12-10, 7-4 Summit) hits the road for games at Oral Roberts (15-5, 10-0 Summit) and Centenary (9-13, 3-7 Summit) this Thursday and Saturday. The Golden Grizzlies are riding a season-high three-game winning streak, while the Golden Eagles have won eight straight. Tip is slated for 8 p.m. ET.

The Golden Eagles are one of two teams in The Summit League that hold a winning record against the Golden Grizzlies (Southern Utah, 11-9, being the other) with a 14-7 advantage, including this year???s 66-60 win in the O???Rena.

Oakland is 1-8 in the Mabee Center, and have lost seven straight. The Grizzlies defeated ORU, 93-78, on Jan. 20, 2000, in their only win on the Golden Eagles??? floor.

The Golden Grizzlies are 7-2 versus the Gents, including a 74-61 victory in the O'Rena on Jan. 10. OU has won three consecutive games in the Gold Dome, and four consecutive games in the series.

Oakland will be without senior guard Brandon Cassise, who was unable to make the trip due to personal reasons.
