FRISCO, Texas – The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced the 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar Team, with 1,551 women's collegiate golfers recognized with the honor. Oakland's Lily Bargamian, Grace Boczar, and Olivia Hemmila were named to the list.
To be recognized on the All-American Scholar Team, golfers must remain in amateur status, play in at least 50% of the team's regular scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship, and own an overall cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.
Bargamian competed in all 11 invitationals, playing 31 rounds of golf last season as she averaged 77.16 strokes in 2025-26. Earning a 4.0 GPA last semester, the Grosse Ile native was named Horizon League All-Academic and All-League Second Team.
Boczar earned a 3.61 GPA in the classroom in the spring, as she competed in all 11 invitationals through the season and had a scoring average of 79.57. Contributing to the program's third straight Horizon League Title, she played in one round at the #HLGolf Championships and two rounds of the 2026 NCAA Ann Arbor Regional.
Hemmila led the Oakland women with a 76.58 scoring average in 2025-26, competing in 11 invitationals, and earned herself a Horizon League Golfer of the Week nod, Horizon League All-Tournament Team, and Horizon League First Team status. Sporting a 3.91 GPA, she was also named to the Horizon League All-Academic Team, while earning her first collegiate champion title at the NKU Jewell Invitational (221, +7), and tied for fourth at the #HLGolf Championship.
