BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Women's Golf tied for third place at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational in Bowling Green behind impressive performances behind
Grace Boczar and
Olivia Hemmila.
As a team, the Golden Grizzlies put together a pair of rounds to total 609 (+41) (299-310), which tied with Loyola- Chicago. They only trailed behind Bowling Green and Central Michigan.
In two rounds of play,
Grace Boczar led the Golden Grizzlies following her 148 (+6) total, which consisted of consistent play by shooting 74 both rounds. This performance landed her fourth individually out of 43 players.
Olivia Hemmila posted an impressive outing, finishing ninth overall, shooting 150 (+8) across two rounds.
Nateda Her finished 16th and
Lily Bargamian finished 22nd.
This showing in Bowling Green leads the Golden Grizzlies into the Horizon League Championship on April 20-21 at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
