ROCHESTER, Mich. - With their respective seasons set to begin this month, Oakland University Men's and Women's Soccer and Volleyball have unveiled their special theme days and promotions for the upcoming fall 2023 slate of action.

Providing Golden Grizzly fans with access to discounts and promotions, as well as matches tailored to a certain theme, a list of promotional dates for men's and women's soccer and volleyball is included below, and further information can be found here.

MEN'S SOCCER

• Saturday, September 16 vs. Northern Kentucky - Team IMPACT Day Sponsored by Oakland University Credit Union
  • This match is all about our Team IMPACT signee, Owen Moerdyke. Team IMPACT pairs children with serious illnesses or disabilities with collegiate athletic programs

 

• Tuesday, September 19 vs. Michigan - International Day Sponsored by Oakland University Credit Union
  • Wear a jersey of your favorite international soccer club and receive a free ticket

 

• Saturday, September 30 vs. Milwaukee - Kids Day and Staff/Faculty Day
  • Children 12 years old and younger receive free admission, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, and can shoot around on the field following the match

• Saturday, October 14 vs. Wright State - Alumni Day
  • Oakland alums are invited to return and be recognized in a halftime ceremony

  • Join us in honoring our 2023 senior class

  • Support your Golden Grizzlies by wearing black apparel in the stands as they take on the rival Titans

WOMEN'S SOCCER

• Saturday, August 12 vs. Madonna - Youth Camp Day
  • The Golden Grizzlies invite all attendees of our Oakland Youth Soccer Camps!

 

• Friday, August 17 vs. Kent State - Grizz Gang Plus 1 Sponsored by Oakland University Credit Union
  • Receive an additional ticket for free with a valid student ID

 

• Sunday, August 20 vs. Eastern Michigan - Club Day and Crayon Drive
  • Children 12 years old and younger receive free admission, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, and can shoot around on the field following the match

  • Recognizing those we have lost to the vicious disease and those continuing the fight, Oakland University wants to kick cancer away for good
