ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University Volleyball has announced its 2023 schedule with the return of the Golden Grizzlies Invitational and nine #HLVB home contests. 

The annual Black & Gold Scrimmage will occur Friday, August 18 at 6:00 pm before an exhibition contest versus Grand Valley State hits The Blacktop on Saturday, August 19 at 4:00 pm.

Two-straight invitationals at UIC and Valparaiso open the regular season before the return of the Golden Grizzlies Invitational from September 8-9 makes its debut after a year hiatus with UNC-Asheville, Kansas City, and Eastern Michigan. 

Horizon League play begins following a mid-week non-conference game at Toledo and the Southern Illinois Invitational with Purdue Fort Wayne on September 19. Youngstown State and Robert Morris open the home #HLVB slate on September 22-23.

Three home games in a row starting on 10/6 through 10/14 see Cleveland State, Milwaukee (Homecoming), and Green Bay enter the OU Credit Union O'rena. Three more opportunities at home from October 24-28 have Purdue Fort Wayne, Northern Kentucky, and Wright State take on the Golden Grizzlies.

A final mid-week contest with IUPUI at home wraps up the slate in Rochester on November 7 before a Wisconsin road trip concludes the regular season on November 10-11.
