HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - The Oakland women's golf team hosted day one of their matchplay tournament, the Motor City Cup, and advanced to the semifinals against IUPUI before play was postponed due to darkness. 

In the quarterfinals today, Oakland took on and defeated CSU 4-1-1 to lead them to the semifinals against IUPUI.

YSU defeated NKU, and Green Bay beat PFW to advance to the semifinals. YSU then fell to Green Bay, 3-1-2.

Oakland will finish their match against IUPUI tomorrow morning. Green Bay will then tee off with the Oakland and IUPUI match winner.
