ROCHESTER, Mich. -- The Golden Grizzlies will travel to Purdue Fort Wayne to compete in the Horizon League Track and Field Indoor Championships Feb. 26 - March 1.

Oakland looks to capitalize on their solid performance at the 2020 Indoor Track and Field Championships after the women's team finished runner-up with 150 points and the men's squad finished third with 139 points. 

The Golden Grizzlies have the potential for strong performances by sprinters Jimmie Williams and Napoleon Outlaw III, distance runner Connor Goetz, and jumper Chase Novak. On the women's side be on the lookout for distance runners Maddi Leigh and Megan Nichols, sprinter Azsah Bradley, and thrower Gabby Cyriax. 

Competition will begin at 9 a.m on Friday and Saturday., 11 a.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday.
