What does being inducted to the Hall of Honor mean to you?
For me being inducted into the Hall of Honor is about sacrifice, discipline, hard work, teamwork, and unselfishness. Oakland was about being part of a team and forming strong bonds with teammates and coaches. Coach Parsons's, Coach Seargeant's, and Coach Pogue's leadership and their ability to teach and develop players were the drivers to our team's success and a key factor in the individual successes I had at Oakland.
Â
This year's induction ceremony will take place on Friday, Jan. 24 at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac beginning at 6 p.m.Â
