Â
What does being inducted to the Hall of Honor mean to you?
Being inducted into the Hall of Honor is a privilege. As a student athlete and coach I used to walk through the halls at Lepley Sports Center and look at the wall of fame and think wouldn't it be great to be included in the Hall of Honor with those fantastic athletes. .  Â
Â
What does Oakland mean to you?
Oakland means a lot to me it gave me my start. Growing up in the local area it was always a goal of mine to attend Oakland University. The opportunities that I received from Oakland helped guide my career path.Â
Â
What is your favorite Oakland memory?
I have so many great memories at Oakland. I'm just so grateful to have played with so many accomplished tennis players, and happy to have had the chance to contribute to the student athletes lives that I was so fortunate to coach.
Â
What does your sport mean to you?
My sport means the world to me. I've made a career of tennis, happily working the last 30+ years in the industry.Â
Â
What did you do after your Oakland experience?
After playing and coaching at Oakland I was a tennis professional at the Rochester Hills Tennis and Swim Club. I now work as head tennis professional at the Troy Racquet Club and  currently co-own the Troy Racquet Club Academy instructing 500+ students and employing 20+ staff.
