OAKLAND DROPS DOUBLEHEADER AT MIAMI

Zilinsky hits two-run home run, records three RBI

OXFORD, Ohio - Myles Zilinsky went 3-for-9 with a two-run home run and three total RBI while Mario Camilletti and Ronnie Krsolovic each went 2-for-7 as Oakland dropped a doubleheader, 10-2, 14-3, at Miami (Ohio) on Friday. 

Matt DiLeo recorded a triple while Austin Tangney and Ryan Fitzgerald also each added a hit. 

In game one, Oakland could not get the offense going leaving seven runners on base. After falling behind 10-0 in the seventh, Camilletti scored off an error to get the Golden Grizzlies on the board. Zilinsky added an RBI single in the ninth for the second run of the game.

In the nightcap, Krsolovic added hit a RBI single to score Mike McGee in the fifth inning. Zilinski then added hits two-run shot in the eighth inning. 

The series finale is set for Saturday, Mar. 2 at 1 p.m.
