Day 1 Results

HENRYVILLE, Ind. -- Chris Handy shot a 3-under 69 and is currently tied for seventh-place as the Oakland men's golf team competed in day one of the Fuzzy Zoeller Invitational hosted by Indiana Saturday. Round two action was suspended due to inclement weather and will resume tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. The teams will resume on Sunday to complete round two and it will be continuous play into round three upon the completion of round two (No re-pairing).

Thomas Giroux and Colin Sikkenga carded rounds of 74 (+2) and 75 (+3) respectively while JD Goodfellow and Owen Tucci each recorded a 76 (+4) in their Oakland debuts.

The Golden Grizzlies currently sit in ninth-place as a team.
