LOS ANGELES - Tyler Pagano recorded two hits and two RBIs, while Spencer Marentette collected three hits as the Oakland baseball team (0-6) dropped the series finale to Southern California (8-0), 7-3, Sunday afternoon at Dedeaux Field.

Oakland would score first in the second inning with a pair of runs as Pagano drove home Ian Yetsko and Brett Impemba with a double to right field. USC responded with a four-run bottom half of the inning as two runs came home on a fielding error, followed by AJ Ramirez plating a run on a groundball to third and Garrett Stubbs hitting a RBI-single.

The Trojans would increase their lead in the fourth inning as Ramirez hit a home run to left field and Dante Flores collected an infield single to plate a run and push the lead to 6-2.

Trailing 7-2 in the eighth inning, Yetsko would single up the middle to score Zach Sterry to cut the lead to 7-3.

The game was delayed two hours and twenty minutes due to rain before the bottom half of the eighth inning.

Aaron Dehn suffered the loss tossing 4.0 innings allowing, six runs, two earned, on eight hits and one strikeout. USC's Mitch Hart earned the win throwing 6.0 innings, allowing two runs on five hits with four strikeouts.

The Golden Grizzlies will be back on the diamond Tuesday when they face Arizona beginning at 8 p.m. ET from Hi Corbett Field.
