Tip Off
Oakland has won three of its last four games and is averaging 81.3 points per game. The Golden Grizzlies are 5-0 when they score 80-89 points this season.
Senior Erik Kangas is 26 of 46 (.565) from long range over his last four games, but was held to 3-for-10 at North Dakota State in his last game.
All-Time Series vs. SDSU
Oakland has won all three games against South Dakota State. The Golden Grizzlies outlasted the Jackrabbits in Rochester earlier this year, 86-81, but SDSU never got within four points.
In Brookings, S.D. last season, the Grizzlies won on a last second basket interference call as a Jacks' player grabbed the ball off the top of the basket while it was inside the cylinder. Fellow OU player Brandon Cassise took the shot, a shot in which looked like was going to not go in.
