2021 Outdoor:
• Earned a personal best in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.64
• Finished third in the long jump with a distance of 23 ft., 5.5 in. at the Horizon League Championship
• Earned a Nike Horizon League Men's Field Athlete of the Week title 

2020 Indoor:
• Did not compete

2019 Indoor:
• Placed third in the 60m hurdles (8.21), 13th in pole vault (13 ft., 6.5 in.), and 28th in the 300m (40.18) at the Tiffin Alumni Open (Dec. 1)
• Placed second in the heptathlon with 5068 points at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 7-8)
• Placed second in the high jump (6 ft., 3.5 in.) and second in the long jump (22 ft., 2.25 in.) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
• Placed third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.33 at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 18-19)
• Placed first in the heptathlon with a college best 5225 points at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invitational (Jan. 25-26)
• Placed 18th in long jump with a distance of 21 ft., 9.5 in. at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
• Placed fifth in long jump with a distance of 21 ft., 6 in. at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8)
• Placed fifth in pole vault (14 ft., 5.5 in.) and 24th in SP (38 ft., 10.25 in.) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9)
• Placed first in the heptathlon (4825 points), third in high jump (6 ft., 6.25 in.), fifth in long jump (22 ft., 9 in.), and sixth in the 60m hurdles (8.25) at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2018 Outdoor:
 Placed third in the dec (6801) at the Tennessee Relays (Apr. 12)
• Placed ninth in HJ (1.84m) at the Hillsdale “GINA” Relays 52nd Edition (Apr. 26-28)
• Placed first in the dec (6638), second in PV (4.41m), second in HJ (1.98m), fourth in the 110H (14.71) and sixth in LJ (6.89m) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-6)


2018 Indoor:
• Placed first in the hep (5182) at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invitational (Jan. 26-27)
 Placed third in LJ (6.69m) and 28th in the 800 (2:10.15) at the SVSU Holiday Open and Multis (Dec. 1-2)
• Placed first in the hep (5059), third in PV (4.35m), sixth in LJ (6.80m) and seventh in the 60H (8.53) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)


2017 Indoor:
 Broke his own school record and placed second in the heptathlon (5,040 points) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)
 Shattered the heptathlon school record (4,910 points) and placed second in the event at the Jets Pizza Invite (Jan. 28)
 Won the pole vault (13 ft., 5.4 in) at the Mastadon Opener (Dec. 3)
 Placed first in the 60m (8.38) at the YSU National Invite (Feb. 4)

2017 Outdoor:
 Captured the title in the Decathlon (6253 points) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
 Was named Freshman of the year at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
 Set a PR in the 100m (11.41), 400m (51.18), and 1500m (5:55.81) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
 Set a PR in Discus (35.02m) and in 110H (15.06) at the Golden Grizzly Invite (April14-15)
 Set a PR in Javelin (52.27m) at Oakland vs. Detroit Duals (April 8)

High School
• Four-year letter winner in track
• 2015-2016 All-State in the 110 meter hurdles, long jump, 300 meter hurdles (2015) and high jump (2016)
• Four-time New Balance All-American, Decathlon (2 times) and Pentathlon (2 times)
