• Placed 13th in the 5000 (14:09.40) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 30-31) 
• Placed second in the mile (4:19.39) at the Detroit Mercy 
• Placed first in the 1500 (3:55.93) and second in the 5000 (14:44.15) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-6)
• Placed 24th in the 5000 (14:30.96) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May. 24-26)

2017 Indoor:
• Placed first in the 3000m (8:39.24) at the Mastadon Opener (Dec. 3)
• Recorded a third-place finish in the 5000m (14:38.66) at the YSU National Invite (Feb. 3) 
• Captured the individual 5000m title (14:32.59) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)

2017 Outdoor:
• Placed 29^th in the 5000m (14:41.26) at the NCAA Division 1 East Preliminary Round (May 25-27)
• Placed 1^st in the 5000m (13:58.75) with a PR at Hillsdale “Last-Chance” Classic (May 10-11)
• Place 2^nd in the 1500m (3:56.87) and 3^rd in the 5000m (14:48.88) at Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• Placing 5^th in the 800m (1:54.37) along with a PR at the Golden Grizzly Invite

2016 Outdoor:
• Made the podium finishing fourth at the Horizon League Championships in the 1500m run with PR time of 3:54.37
• Made the podium finishing sixth at the Horizon League Championships in the 5000m run with a time of 14:58.39
• Ran a 5000m PR time of 14:56.87 at the Golden Grizzly Invite

2016 Indoor:
• Made the podium finishing fourth in the mile at the Horizon League Championship with a PR time of 4:08.80
• Placed second in the 3000m Run at the SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational with a PR time of 8:21.89
•Placed third in the mile at the EMU Triangular with a time of 4:18.72

2015 Outdoor: 
• Set 1500m PR (3:59.39) at the Raleigh Relays (March 27).

2015 Indoor: 
• Placed sixth with 3000m PR (8:28.74) and ran fourth leg on the third place DMR team (10:04.53) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (March 1).
• Finished second in the 3000m (8:48.26) at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 6) and third (8:35.85) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14).
• Took third in the mile at the Jack Skoog Dual (Jan. 16).

2014 Outdoor:
• Redshirted

2014 Indoor:
• Earned a runner-up finish at the Horizon League Championship in the 3000m with a mark of 8:34.46 (March 2).
• Part of the third-place distance medley relay at the league championship with a mark of 10:09.16.
• Season-best 3000m was at the SPIRE Midwest Open (8:29.57, Feb. 1).
• Best mile time of 4:12.92 was at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14).
