2021 Outdoor:
• Finished fourth in the 1500 (4:49.04) at the Grizzly PR Classic 

2020 Indoor:
• Placed second in the mile (5:04.54) at the Hillsdale “Wide-Track” Classic (Feb. 7-8)
• Placed first in the DMR (12:09.11), sixth in the mile (5:09.28) and seventh in the 3000 (10:08.66) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 29-Mar. 1)

2019 Outdoor: 
• Ran a 4:42.59 in the 1500 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 29-30)
• Placed second in the 800 (2:15.66) and second in the 1500 (4:51.59) at the Oakland vs Detroit meet (Apr. 6)
• Placed first in the 1500 (4:39.59) and third in the 800 (2:21.55) at the Golden Grizzlies Invite (Apr. 12-13)
• Placed third in the 1500 (4:43.95) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (Apr. 19-20)
• Placed sixth in the 1500 (4:39.88) and 12th in the 800 (2:19.26) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-5)

2019 Indoor:
• Placed 34th in the mile (5:03.04) at the 2019 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
• Placed 30th in the mile (4:57.51) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8-9)
• Placed first in DMR (12:02.00) and fourth in the mile (5:02.32) at the Horizon
League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2018 Outdoor:
• Placed first in the 800 (2:21.15) and first in the 1500 (4:43.45) at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational (Apr. 13-14)
• Placed second in the 800 (2:15.69) at the Hillsdale “GINA” Relays • 52nd edition (Apr. 26-28)
 • Placed eighth in the 1500 (4:53.27) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-6)

2018 Indoor:
•  Placed fourth in the mile (5:07.11) and eighth in the 800 (2:29.79) at the 2019 Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 18-29)
•  Placed 34th in the mile (5:03.04) at the 2019 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 1-2)
•  Placed fourth in the mile (5:02.32) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)
