• Placed second in the 800m with a time of 2:02.00 at the Tiffin Alumni Open (Dec. 1)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:19.39), sixth in the 400m (49.44), and 17^th in the 200m (23.08) at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 7-8)
• Placed first in the 4x400 with a time of 3:28.03 and second in the 600m (1:24.56) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
• Placed second in the 4x400 (3:17.85), fourth in the 400m (49.80), and 21^st in the 200m (23.18) at the SVSU “Doug Hansen” Open (Jan. 18)
• Placed seventh in the 300m with a time of 36.05 and 26^th in the 60m (7.30) at the Can-Am International (Jan. 26)

• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:16.17), second in the 400 (48.01) and sixth in the 200 (21.90w) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-6)

2018 Indoor:
• Placed eighth in the 600 (1:20.91) and 16th in the 400 (49.00) at the 2018 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 2-3)
• Placed sixth in the 4x400 (3:25.44) and 26th in the 800 (1:58.42) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10)
• Placed first in the 4x400 (3:15.85) and third in the 400 (48.69) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2017 Indoor:
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that placed first and set a new school record (3:17.08) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)
• Also captured the individual 400m title (48.84) at the indoor championships
• Broke his own school record and placed fifth in the 400m (48.46) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10)
• Also broke his own school record and placed first in the 400m (48.69) at the Jets Pizza Invite (Jan. 28)
• Finished first in the 200m (22.67) at the Mastadon Opener (Dec. 3)
• Placed first in the 400m (50.56) at the Jack Skoog Invite (Jan. 13)
• Member of the 4x400 relay team that placed first (3:18.80) at the YSU National Invite (Feb. 4)

2017 Outdoor:
• Captured the title in the 400m (48.64) at Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)  
• Member of the 4x400m (3:20.99) that placed 1^st at Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)  
• Member of the 4x100m (42.69) who placed 4^th at Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)  
• Placed 1^st in the 400m (49.49) and the 4x400m (3:26.61) at the Oakland vs Detroit Duals
• Member of the 4x100m (40.74) that placed 1^st at the Tennessee Rust Buster (March 25)

• Horizon League Freshman of the Year
• Helped the 4x400 relay team take third at the Horizon League Championships and set a new school record with a time of 3:15.42
• Placed third at the Horizon League Championships in the 400-meter dash with a time of 47.60
• Ran a career best in the 400-meter dash at the Golden Grizzly Invite with a time of 47.59, a new school record

2016 Indoor:
• Finished second in the 400m at the YSU National Invite with a school record breaking time of 48.97
• Ran second leg of distance medley relay team that finished first at the YSU National Invite with a time of 9:56.77
• Competed on the 4x4 relay team that won the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open with a time of 3:17.53
• Set 200m PR with time of 22.17 at the SVSU Holiday Open
