• Placed seventh in the 800 (2:01.72) at the Golden Grizzlies Invite (Apr. 12-13)
• Placed 15th in the 4x400 (3:34.39) and 26th in the 400 (52.88) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (Apr. 19-20)
• Placed 17th in the 800 (1:58.56) at the Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 3-5)

2019 Indoor: 
• Placed third with a time of 4:31.39 in the mile at the SVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 7-8)
• Placed third in the 800m (2:05.27) and eighth in the mile (4:47.03) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11) 
• Placed eighth in the 800m at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open (Jan. 18) and 40th at the 2019 Meyo Invite (Feb. 1-2) 
• Placed fourth in the 800m (1:55.32) at the SVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 15) and fifth in the 800m (1:55.39) at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 23-24)

2018 Outdoor:
• Placed second in the 800 (2:00.02) at the Detroit Mercy v Oakland meet (Apr. 7)
• Placed third in the 800 (1:57.12) at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational (Apr. 13-14)

2017 Indoor:
• Captured 800m title (1:55.68) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)  

2017 Outdoor:
• Captured 800m title (2:01.92) at Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)  
• Was part of the team that placed 1^st in the 4x400m (3:24.10) at the Golden Grizzly Invite
• A PR in the 1500m (4:04.31) at the Miami Duals (April 1)
• A PR in the 800m (1:53.13) at GVSU 2^nd to Last Chance Meet (May 12)
• Set a meet record in the 800m (1:54.09) at the Oakland vs Detroit Dual (April 8)

2016 Indoor:
• Placed second in the 800m at the Horizon League Indoor Championships with PR time of 1:55.27
• Set 400m PR time of 51.75 and 3000m PR time of 9:26.99 at the SVSU Jets Pizza Invite
• Placed third in the 800m at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open with 1:57.22
• Was a part of a 4x4 relay team that finished first with a time of 3:28.62 at the Tiffin Dragon Invite
• Also placed third in the 800m with a time of 1:58.29 at the Tiffin Dragon Invite

2015 Outdoor:
• Set PR (1:54.63) in 800m prelims at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 1).
• Ran second leg of 4X400 relay team (3:26.26) that finished second at the Crusader (April 25).

2015 Indoor: 
• Ran 400m PR (52.52) at the IPFW Duals (Jan. 23) and mile PR (4:41.15) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14).
• Placed second in the 800m (1:57.19) at the SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational (Jan. 30-31).
• Was third leg in the third place (10:04.53) DMR team at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (March 1).
• Finished third in the 800m (2:00.40) and was third leg in the second place (3:28.40) 4x400m relay team at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 6).
