Biography

2021:
• Started in nine games with 14 appearances 
• Posted 2-5 record with a save
• Fourth on the pitching staff in strikeouts (42)
• Picked up lone save of the season allowing only one hit with four strikeouts in 2.0 innings of work to lead Oakland to a 2-1 win at Longwood (2/27)
• Picked up his first win of the season going 4.0 innings allowing only two runs with one unearned with five strikeouts helping propel Oakland to a 5-3 win over the Dayton in the first leg of a doubleheader (3/6).
• Fanned career-high eight hitters while allowing only one run on two hits in 6.0 innings of work to pick up second win of the season in 15-2 win over Northern Kentucky (5/8)
• Went 3.0 innings not allowing a hit while surrendering only one run off a wild pitch with three strikeouts in the no-decision effort at Wright State (5/14) 

College of Wooster :
• Helped lead College of Wooster to two North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) championships, two Regional championships, Super Regional Appearance and College World Series Appearance
 
2020 (Remainder of the season canceled due to COVID-19 Pandemic):
• No. 1 starter making three starts with 1-2 record, 0.77 ERA with 11 strikeouts and one earned run in 11.2 innings pitched
• Allowed an unearned run on five hits over seven innings of work against Merchant Marine (March 13)
• Went three innings in a “staff day” outing against Case Western Reserve (March 1) allowing a run on three hits while striking out four
 
2019:
• Fired the 13th no-hitter in program history versus Allegheny (April 21), in what marked the program’s first no-no since Kyle Cunningham-Roads perfect game on April 15, 2012, struck out three Gators on 96 pitches in the seven-inning no-hitter
• Earned a spot on D3baseball.com’s Team of the Week and was the NCAC Pitcher of the Week for Allegheny outing
• 3-3 overall record with two saves and 4.39 ERA
• Tops on the team in strikeouts (65), second in innings pitched (69.2), starts (11) and third in appearances (17)
• Started the regional opener versus Rochester (May 17) and came out on the wrong end of a 2-1 game despite allowing two runs in 6.2 innings
• Returned to the bump two days later to work the final 1.2 innings versus Case Western Reserve (May 19) picking up second save of the year
• Recorded last two outs in a 1-0 win at Kenyon (May 4)
• Went the distance in a run-rule shortened game versus Ohio Wesleyan (April 6) allowing one run on three hits while striking out six versus the Battling Bishops
• Struck out eight versus Haverford (March 13) and North Central (March 20).
 
2018:
• Tied for third on the team in appearances (17) with three starts going 2-0 with three saves 23 strikeouts and 5.12 ERA in 31.2 innings earning Rookie of the Year honors
• Recorded the save with three strikeouts going three in 1.1 innings in the championship round of Mideast Regional championships game versus Wabash (May 21) helping Wooster win the regional for the sixth time in program history
• Came on strong late in the season with a 1.03 ERA over final nine appearances spanning 17.1 innings
• Given a tall order in first collegiate start, but responded brilliantly by holding longtime rival Marietta (April 12) to three runs on five hits in five innings for first collegiate win
• Made third start of career versus Capital (April 29) firing six shutout frames while scattering three hits
• Picked up first collegiate save at Denison (April 28)
 
High School:
• Four-year letter winner for Coach Carter
• First-Team All-Conference as a senior
• Also played JV football and soccer
 
Top Athletic Performance:
• Tossed no-hitter against Allegheny College (April 21st 2019)
• Saved the DIII Mideast Regional Championship Game and getting to pitch in the DIII College World Series
