2009: Saw action in 56 games, drawing 55 starts ... a first-team all-Summit League selection ... finished as Oakland University's all-time hits and steals leader ... hit .340 his senior year with a team-high 12 homers ... drove in 43 runs... smacked 19 doubles ... 16-of-19 in steals for the year, at one point had a streak of 32 consecutive stolen bases ... posted 22 multi-hit games and 10 multi-RBI games ... went 3-for-6 with six RBIs against Eastern Kentucky (2/21) ... went 3-for-4 with five RBIs against Dallas Baptist (3/6) ... posted a 4-for-4 effort with three RBIs against Dayton (3/14) ... went 2-for-5 with two homers against Concordia (3/27) ... turned in a 3-for-5 performance with two doubles against Western Michigan (3/31) ... went 4-for-4 against North Dakota State (4/10) ... 3-for-5 against Olivet (5/6) ... went 3-for-5 with four runs scored against Bowling Green (5/12)... finished just a triple short of the cycle on four different occasions.

High School: Lettered three years in baseball and football as well as two years in basketball ... a 2005 captain of the Royals baseball team, he was chosen for the East-West All-Star game in his final season and was a two-time all-league, all-county, all-district, all-region and all-state honoree ... had a phenomenal senior season, batting .396 with 52 runs, 47 RBIs and 42 hits, including 16 doubles, six triples and three home runs ... also pitched for a perfect 11-0 record with a 1.31 ERA ... was additionally on his school's honor roll all four years.
