ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University's swimming and diving teams return to the OU Aquatic Center to host their two annual preseason events: the Black and Gold Intrasquad on Friday, Sept. 25, and the Oakland Ray Miller Alumni Meet on Saturday, Sept. 26. 

The annual Black and Gold Intrasquad begins at 6:30 p.m. (ET) and offers fans a first look at the upcoming season and the Golden Grizzlies' newest team members. With the roster divided between Team Black and Team Gold, the event promises friendly competition and plenty of OU pride across the pool deck.

Now in its 43rd year, the Oakland Ray Miller Alumni Meet begins at 2 p.m. Former student-athletes will have an opportunity to relive their college experience and reconnect with former teammates as they return to the pool to compete against the current Golden Grizzlies for bragging rights.

Before the meet, the 2025-26 swimming and diving teams will receive their 2026 Horizon League Championship rings. The ceremony will celebrate the previous season's championship, as well as Oakland's 48 consecutive men's conference championships and 32 consecutive women's conference championships. 

Admission to both the Black and Gold Intrasquad and the Ray Miller Alumni Meet is free.
