INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Oakland outside hitter Molly Reck was named the Under Armour Horizon League Player of the Week on Monday following a dominant weekend that helped the Golden Grizzlies sweep Cleveland State in a two-match series, the league announced Monday.

Reck turned in a pair of double-double performances, totaling 38 kills, 25 digs, and six service aces across the two victories. She opened the series with 26 kills, including 11 kills in the first set alone, adding in 12 digs and three aces while hitting .305 in Oakland's 3-1 road win at Woodling Gym on Thursday. Reck came through in the biggest moments of the match, helping the Golden Grizzlies rally from a 24-22 deficit in the second set before Oakland closed out the final two sets to earn the victory.

Back on the Blacktop Saturday, the Northville native added 12 kills, 13 digs, and three aces as Oakland completed the sweep with another 3-1 victory. She delivered two of Oakland's final three points in a 25-23 opening-set win, including the go-ahead kill that put the Golden Grizzlies at set point.

She led the league in kills/set (4.75), aces/set (.75), and points/set (5.69) through the weekend as she eclipsed 450 career kills in the Black and Gold.

The Golden Grizzlies are back for another weekend of HL Volleyball as they host Milwaukee for a two-match series starting on Friday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
