ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland University's men's and women's swimming and diving teams look to continue adding to their historic conference title streaks, announcing their full schedule for the 2025-26 season, highlighted by competitive home meets and marquee matchups against regional powers.
With 47 consecutive conference championships for the men and 31 for the women, the Golden Grizzlies aim to continue their streak of dominance as a program.
The Golden Grizzlies open their campaign on October 3-4 with a two-day road trip to Youngstown State. Oakland then returns to the pool for its home debut on October 31 – November 1, hosting Cincinnati and Purdue in a two-day dual meet.
Over the course of the season, The Golden Grizzlies will host five home meets, giving fans numerous opportunities to watch the reigning Horizon League champions in action, including a two-day three-team meet against Cincinnati and Purdue (Oct. 31-Nov. 1), a four-day multi-team meet as they host the Golden Grizzlies Invite (Dec. 3-6), and a two-day meet hosting Miami (Oh.) and Denison (Jan. 9-10, 2026).
The schedule features several regional showdowns, including a clash against Eastern Michigan (Nov. 20), which only the women's team will compete in, and a road trip to Michigan (Nov. 7).
The Golden Grizzlies will test themselves against some of the Midwest's top programs, with notable matchups against Cincinnati, Purdue, Miami (Oh.), and Michigan.
Oakland closes the regular season with a final tune-up at home on Feb. 7, 2026, before heading to the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 18-21, 2026), where they look to extend their historic run of conference dominance.
