SCOUTING THE JAGUARS
IU Indy is 11-10 overall with the same 5-4 record as Oakland in Horizon League action. The Jaguars took care of Eastern Michigan and Butler in the same preseason tournament as OU, and went on a five-match win streak in League action, before back-to-back losses to Youngstown State last weekend. Jags senior Morgan Ostrowski leads the Horizon League in hitting percentage with a mark of .370, as IU Indy is leading with a collective .239 hitting clip and second with 16.79 kills/set.
Out of the 10 volleyball schools in the Horizon League, the Jaguars were voted to finish right in the middle at fifth in League action. At home on the Blacktop, Oakland split the two-match series with IU Indy in three-set sweeps last season. Longtime opponents in the Summit League, then Horizon, the Jaguars hold the all-time series at 16-27.
