ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Golden Grizzlies Women's Soccer Team prepares to return to the pitch as they announce a five-game slate of Spring games.

In the five friendlies ahead of their 2024 season, Oakland will host all five games. Their first match of the calendar year will be on Mar. 8 against Eastern Michigan at 3 p.m. at the Grizz Dome. The Golden Grizzlies and the Eagles faced off during the 2023 season, where Oakland took an early-season win 1-0 behind a goal from Anuhea Aluli.

Their next match, and most notable, is a late-night showdown against Michigan State on Mar. 15 at 9 p.m. This will be the first time the teams meet in nearly two years, with the last matchup resulting in a 0-0 tie during the 2022 regular season.

Oakland closes their spring friendly competitions out with games hosting Rochester College (3/22), Ferris State (3/29), and Lawrence Tech (4/5).
