ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Oakland women's soccer team will travel to Youngstown State to take on the Penguins in a Horizon League match-up Sunday, Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. on ESPN+

The Golden Grizzlies (3-5-5, 1-1-3 HL) are coming off a 1-1 draw against Robert Morris on Thursday, a game that was moved indoors due to inclement weather.
 
Frankie Mudd had the lone goal for the Golden Grizzlies, her third of the year and second in four games. Mudd and teammate Macey Wierenga have paced the Oakland offense this season each tallying a team-best three goals. Anuhea Aluli, Jayna Fraser, Allie Tefend and Melaina Troy round out the goal scorers for Oakland with one apiece.
 
SCOUTING THE PENGUINS

Oakland owns the all-time series against the Penguins with a 12-1-3 record. The last two meetings have resulted in 1-1 draws, with the only Oakland loss coming in 2014 on the road.

Youngstown State (6-5-2, 2-3-1 HL) enters Sunday's coming off a scoreless draw against Cleveland State.
 
The Penguins boast 10 goal scorers on the year and have been held scoreless in only four games.
