A West Bloomfield Laker during her prep days, she was also a three-time All-League selection and earned a spot on the Conference Honor Roll on four occasions.
Following the conclusion of her collegiate career, Grant entered the coaching ranks, spending five seasons (2017-22) in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) with the Bowling Green Falcons before becoming the Head Diving Coach for the Big Ten Conference's (B1G) Illinois Fighting Illini in June 2022.
